Banana Cream Pie Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup sliced riped banana (about 1 large)
1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
2 tablespoons whole wheat graham cracker crumbs (about 1/2 cookie sheet)
1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ice cubes (about 1/4 cup)

Preparation:
Arrange banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet, and freeze until firm (about 1 hour).Place frozen banana and remaining ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Serve immediately.
The Green Banana Muscle
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup baby spinach
1½ frozen bananas
2 tbsp almond butter
4 tbsp (1 scoop) protein powder
1 cup ice
Preparation:
Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Mocha Protein Shake
Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat milk1 tablespoon Jell-O Sugar-Free Butterscotch Pudding
2 scoops Chocolate Protein
1/2 cup concentrated cold brew coffee (do not water it down), or really strong coffee, chilled
1 cup ice Instant coffee powder (optional)
Chocolate shavings (optional)
2 scoops Chocolate Protein

Preparation:
In a blender, mix the milk and pudding powder until it thickens, about 2 minutes. Add coffee,protein powder and ice; blend until smooth. Top with chocolate shavings and instant coffee powder for some extra crunch.
White Chocolate Raspberry Protein
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from a carton)
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
2 scoops Vanilla Protein
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons water

Preparation:
In a blender, mix all ingredients until smooth.
